I’ve been incredibly supported by life—so many incredible people all over the globe, and this beautiful Earth herself. And to give myself credit, I’ve always been driven to expand beyond what I was told, beyond my own limitations.
In 2018, when I left my homeland broke and with no idea what I was going to do next, I became chronically homeless—aka nomadic, wild and free, always hungry for more. My greatest inspiration was to understand and resolve suffering itself—both mine and humanity’s (yes, I dream big). I was obsessed with figuring out who I was, the roots of my never-ending pain, and the purpose of our existence here. The big questions never let me settle.
This is how I spent my 20s: always searching, studying, adventuring, messing up, learning how to feel and heal myself, immersing in different cultures (30+ countries), listening to people, loving them. I’ve known extreme highs and lows, stayed in hundreds of homes and communities, survived many challenges, slept on mountaintops, flown on private jets, chanted in ashrams, hitchhiked, volunteered, attended and facilitated festivals, participated in and conducted medicine ceremonies, battled depression and chronic pain, and completed various courses and trainings on healing and personal development.
In the thick of it all—exhausted—I wasn’t always able to feel gratitude for the people around me or for life itself. I was blinded by my search for healing, peace and aliveness. I got humbled more times than I can count. I studied many healing modalities because, at my core, I wanted to help myself and others resolve pain and inner conflicts. I use these modalities in my work, and I am absolutely in love with what I do. However, life experience and relationships taught me everything I truly know. Life itself is the greatest teacher, and I’m so grateful for everything that brought me here.
I have always known my revelations and found wisdoms weren’t just for me alone. As an idealist and student of this school of Life, I devote my work and all I do to freedom for all, to honesty, to love, and to all the people who have believed in me at my best and my worst.
I am honored to help you see your greatness, break through inner challenges, develop loving relationship to your body and mind, and gain resilience to pursue your biggest dreams.
As humans, we are simultaneously descending into our deepest shadows and ascending toward our highest truths. We’re multidimensional beings, ever-evolving and far more than any single story we’ve been told. We carry lineages, traumas, and habits that seep into our bones, yet we also hold a boundless potential for transformation and renewal.
The good news is—you already have the answers to your questions within you, right here, right now.
Often, all we need is a safe space, efficient time, and skilled guidance to enter a different doorway toward unlocking our innate wisdom.
I’ve grown wary of how often “healing” is thrown around in spiritual and therapeutic circles. In my opinion, that might further program us to believe we’re perpetually broken or diseased.
I invite you on a journey of self-exploration, deep transformation, and self-liberation—gradually unfolding into the freedom of your authentic being. Together, we can learn to re-pattern our most precious lens: the ability to see ourselves as worthy of love, gorgeous, perpetually evolving beings, rather than flawed and needing “fixing.”
In every step of this work, I’ve come to understand that evolution is about diving into the forgotten or neglected corners of our psyche, just as much as it is about rising into new clarity and creativity.
I believe honesty—alongside forgiveness and gratitude—is the highest form of love for ourselves and others. Dishonesty is not a sin to punish, but a guardian of our biggest revelations. Hiding our flaws and weaknesses, and locking away our freedom and dreams in the process often shows up in the body as stiffness, low energy, or chronic ailments.
Recognizing both your shadow and your light—your fears, talents, secrets, and desires—is true honesty, natural cure for your confidence and life force.
If you’ve heard mottos like “Sit on your throne,” “Take up space,” “Be yourself,” or “Be the king/queen you are,” that’s all well and good. But to truly walk that path, you first have to know yourself. Meet your many inner facets—personalities, energy, your body—eye to eye. That is what it means to claim your truth.
No “key to the inner kingdom” will fall down from higher dimensions if we’re busy running away from ourselves. Our inner world speaks in different voices, and it’s easy to feel conflicted. To find which voice is intuition, we must learn to differentiate the sources of our inner messages. Observing bodily sensations and unravelling trapped energy leads to clarity, harmony, and real guidance aligned with our true path of evolution.
We are not problems to be fixed; we are explorers, creators, keepers of generational wisdom, alchemists, dreamers.
Truth be told – being human can be traumatic, but that pain gains meaning through allowing our bodies to process emotions and challenges, expanding our consciousness, and, as result, jumpstarting creativity.
As the world changes rapidly, our best move is to journey within, learning from our past and our present.
Let’s shift from competition to recognizing our uniqueness and creativity, from hiding our suffering to allowing pain to transform us into the next version of who we are meant to be.
My big wish is to make this process of evolution, self-discovery, and liberation easier and more accessible. One of my hopes is to help experience spirituality in a more grounded, integrated way—bridging the gap between the intangible and our daily human experience. I aim to offer a secure, caring space—one where we can breathe through our pain and let curiosity lead us forward.
Our bodies hold memories and stories that our minds can’t always capture. In this process, I safely guide you into the world of sensation, gradually rebuilding your connection to the body—its sensitivity and the profound wisdom it holds.
My journey with my body has been long and often painful, marked by chronic health issues that made me see my body as an enemy since childhood. Over time, I realized those daily aches were signals, revealing deeper emotional and ancestral patterns that needed attention. By slowing down, listening to the body, and gently rewiring the nervous system, we gain more freedom and self-compassion.
Through somatic work, I aim to help you uncover your body’s wisdom so you can move beyond stuckness and limiting beliefs. We’ll explore how your physical sensations connect to both personal and inherited stories, then use this awareness to foster resilience, clarity, and authentic self-expression. In essence, your body becomes a map to greater well-being and personal expansion.
One of my favorite modalities - it views human being as a conglomeration of distinct “parts,” each carrying specific expression, needs and emotions (for instance - some protect, others feel vulnerable). By listening to our physical sensations, we trace how these parts communicate through our body and mind. Giving them room to express and let go of burdens may significantly ease inner conflicts, cultivating more unified inner life. This process unites body awareness with deeper self-understanding, sparking transformation from within.
By inviting the subconscious to reveal its messages through metaphorical images, we uncover truths that words alone may not convey. Color and shape become vehicles for energies we cannot quite name, offering fresh perspectives on old narratives.
Over time, emotions and energies can stagnate within us, shaping how we act and feel. Clearing these imprints opens space for genuine renewal, helping us step more freely into our next stage of growth.
I provide a safe and contained space for you to express the emotions that often seem unacceptable. Often, our most “undesirable” feelings are the ones crying out to be witnessed; they hold gifts we rarely see until we give them space to express. When granted acknowledgment and release, they can lead to a clearer sense of self and renewed emotional balance.
Being heard without judgment can soften old wounds. Sharing and being witnessed in our vulnerable truth can be a profound act of courage, offering both relief and sense of power.
I view prayer as a technology for clarifying thought and aligning with higher dimensions—God, Love, Light - however you name the source of creation. I’m not religious, and my approach to prayer is free from any dogma. It’s about learning to set clear intentions and stepping into co-creation with your higher self and the unseen realms.
Putting pen to paper can help clarify subconscious patterns, beliefs and desires. By gently observing and rewriting some of internal narratives, we move closer to a more authentic, integrated sense of self.
At times, we feel severed from our true selves, from real love, or from life’s deeper meaning—numb or uncertain about the emotional weight we carry. The truth is, we already hold the keys to our own freedom. Parts of us exiled by shame or fear can transform into potent sources of liberation and creativity once we approach them with compassion and curiosity. These "shadow" facets aren’t our enemies; they’re mosaics of hidden power, conditioning and ancestral influences—mechanisms that once helped us navigate life. Now, they beg for a safe space and attentive presence so they can finally share their message. Leaning in, rather than pushing them away, allows these parts to emerge and guide us toward deeper self-awareness and an authentic sense of wholeness.
It’s also crucial to remember that who we are includes far more than our shadows. We each possess a uniqueness and brilliance that sometimes gets buried under the demands of culture—even certain spiritual movements—that pressure us into false identities. I once believed I had to tame or hide aspects of myself to become a “spiritual guide”, an artist, or simply a “good person.” But that self-censorship only took me further from contentment. The parts of me that felt “too much” contained, in fact, my greatest gifts—my power. By honoring both our shadows and our innate talents, we tap into a more authentic vitality.
Each of our journeys is unique and tailored to your intentions, blueprint and present circumstances. If we walk together for a while, I’ll draw from these tools intuitively, matching them to your personal rhythm. We’ll move through the process at a pace that honors both your courage and your comfort—building a comprehensive self-study that illuminates your greatness and eases habitual struggles. With consistent exploration, you’ll begin to see the connections between your body, your feelings, and your history. As self-awareness grows, the inner conflicts that once seemed overwhelming often recede, clearing the way for deeper clarity, true aliveness and creativity.
A key dimension of self-exploration is learning to trust your intuition—recognizing that your body and emotions aren’t adversaries to be subdued, but rather allies with valuable messages. By befriending and learning from your struggles, you gain insight that transcends our sessions, carrying into everyday experiences. This heightened sense of clarity and self-possession can guide you through challenges, strengthen your relationships, and help you maintain a grounded sense of self when confronted with life’s hardships.
I believe in cultivating a space where your truth—every facet of it—can be met with empathy and unwavering commitment. Here, even the most closely guarded parts of your story can find the recognition they deserve, setting the stage for real transformation. Over time, the understanding you gain stands as an inner compass, directing you toward richer possibilities and deeper authenticity.
The systems around us may distract us, telling us we’re broken or powerless. In truth, we are the ones who can dust off our “inner rooms” and let in fresh light. The process isn’t always comfortable, but it’s real—and truth is what sets us free.
I’m here to support you in turning that light switch on, finding the corners of yourself that have been exiled, and inviting them back into wholeness, with love and respect. It’s about descending into those uncharted depths while simultaneously reaching toward higher understandings—merging body, mind, and spirit in one evolving dance.
If you desire to know yourself more intimately, to meet every part of your being with compassion, and to explore the many facets of existence—including your own capacity for brilliance—I will gladly walk with you. We are designed to question, to feel, and to find our own way home. My role is to hold space, offer practical tools, loving support and meet you with care.
May the journey bring you closer to the magnificent truth that’s been within you all along.
May you walk this Earth with renewed confidence and dignity, fully inhabiting the wisdom that resides in your flesh and bones.
